Service concept
ITAKATE - a zero-waste delivery service inspired by returnability dynamics proper to Mexico that capture the essence of eating in a "Fonda". The service aims to improve home delivery by replicating the personal treatment of the onsite experience. The zero-waste container rental service provides an alternative method of acquiring food through refilling using rented containers.
