Team BULKY BANANAS (Bronze winner) is a team of six Industrial Design students from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Their shared interest in changing the world by working on socially and environmentally conscious design projects brought them together to participate in this year’s edition of the Challenge.

Service concept
FUTR za JUTR - a service solution that combines an app and an intelligent food locker to decrease food waste by improving food donations. The app works as a communication tool between stakeholders. At the same time, food lockers improve the accessibility of pickup points for users and lessen the work burden for volunteers.
